MK-007｜功能轉顧客利益

工作目的
這個技能交付：功能、優勢、利益轉譯表
功能、利益與證據分開；沒有競品資料不宣稱獨家
必要資料
請提供：商品規格、競品差異、可證實證據、銷售對象
方法步驟
- 用 FABE 把 Feature 轉成 Advantage，再轉成 Persona 真正在乎的 Benefit
- Benefit 要描述對角色的具體好處或改變，不只是把功能換同義詞
- 最後補 Evidence 建立信任；沒有證據時不要把 Benefit 寫成已證實效果
計算與判讀
只使用可證實的商品差異；缺證據的主張標示待補，不生成假證據
