工作目的
這個技能交付：使用時段或季節的情境題庫
假說有用途但不是人口推定或市場占比；不得虛構訪談內容與顧客經歷
必要資料
請提供：產品事實、既有顧客資料、問卷或客服紀錄
方法步驟
- 依真實使用紀錄列出時間或季節情境，未知情境標為待測
- 逐情境寫中性問句，例如「上一次在什麼時候遇到這個需求？當時正在做什麼？」先問實際事件，再問選擇與價格
- 每題標明回想期間、單選／複選／開放回答與不適用選項；選項來自資料，避免預設節日一定需要購買
- 只有確認商品與條件相同，才另問不同時機下的願付價；保留未遇過情境的跳題

顧客角色與動機先列為假說；不由單一購買行為認定真實身分
