工作目的
這個技能交付：抽象標籤改成可查證事件
任務階段是分析分類，不是斷言每位顧客都按同一路徑行動
必要資料
請提供：產品或服務、顧客原話、既有頁面與可承接行動
方法步驟
- 事件描述必須是可觀察發生的事情，不是「重視品質」「愛漂亮」等人格標籤
- 若一句描述無法回答「發生了什麼」，就退回事件層重寫
- 不用 Persona 個性替代需求觸發證據
計算與判讀
搜尋句與路徑是規劃假說；必須與真實搜尋字詞及頁面承接資料核對
