工作目的
這個技能交付：各需求在行動前還缺什麼資訊
任務階段是分析分類，不是斷言每位顧客都按同一路徑行動
必要資料
請提供：產品或服務、顧客原話、既有頁面與可承接行動
方法步驟
- 對每條搜尋／路徑標出目前只是推測的地方
- 主要檢查顧客問題是否真實、建議頁面是否真的存在、下一步是否真願意做
- 缺證據就標「證據不足」，不要為了填滿表格補故事
計算與判讀
搜尋句與路徑是規劃假說；必須與真實搜尋字詞及頁面承接資料核對
