MK-047｜價格問卷回答健檢

工作目的
這個技能交付：缺值、矛盾回答與異常值清單
曲線交點、成本底線與上市決策是不同工作；價格交點不能當成保證最佳利潤點
必要資料
請提供：四個 PSM 題目的原文、幣別與填答方式、逐筆原始回答、去識別回答鍵、抽樣與客群資料；成本或市場價格只作已提供的範圍參考
方法步驟
- 先檢查四個 PSM 問題是否都在問價格接受度，且方向沒有顛倒
- 價格梯度需涵蓋從成本到同質競品高價的合理範圍；若區間太窄，交叉點判讀會失真
- 回答需保留原始客群／Persona，才能後續比較不同受眾；缺答或明顯無效回答要先標記，不自行補值
計算與判讀
需檢查抽樣、有效回答與價格題順序；支付意願不等於真實購買或獲利保證
