工作目的
這個技能交付：推薦意願與改善意見整理
沒有問卷原始資料時只產問卷或分析計畫，不填造回答
必要資料
請提供：推薦意願題目、量尺、實際回覆與回收期間；只設計問題時提供產品或服務及受測對象即可。產邀請名單時加去識別會員鍵、聯繫資格與活動條件
方法步驟
- 會員關懷信的核心問題只問 NPS／推薦意願，不把它擴寫成一份長問卷
- 從回覆中找出 Promoter／高推薦意願名單，作為後續會員活動邀請的候選
- 推薦意願只代表推薦態度，不直接當成已發生的轉介紹或成交
計算與判讀
標準 NPS 使用 0～10 推薦量尺：9～10 為 Promoter、7～8 為 Passive、0～6 為 Detractor；NPS＝（Promoter 人數－Detractor 人數）÷有效回答數×100。列出缺答、越界值與排除數；有效數為零不計算，其他量尺只報原量尺分布。高分不等於已轉介紹，邀請仍核對聯繫資格
