交易共現不是心理原因；商品搭配不自動證明交叉銷售成效
必要資料
請提供：SKU 成本及目標貢獻、可比市場價格與通路條件、客群願付或選擇證據、可調整的方案
方法步驟
- 定價同時檢查三面：市場價格／通路、受眾願付價值、成本與微利率
- 從成本出發時，要先算固定／變動成本與損平，再找能接受這個價值的市場受眾；沒有人有義務為品牌高成本買單
- 從市場出發時，若目標受眾願付價格低於現有成本結構，應回頭減少成本／價值配置或改產品等級
計算與判讀
選品與下一步需求是候選方案；需核對庫存、毛利、既有買家及成交資料
