工作目的
這個技能交付：需求、Persona 與產品的月份主題
歷史季節表現可作依據但不能保證重現；沒有使用者核准不建立付費排程或發布
必要資料
請提供：本月目標與實際需求、產品價格與毛利、Persona、USP、季節或活動依據、產能及預算；年度資料用於已有的年度連動
方法步驟
- 每月行銷主題由年度重點事件、當月剛需、鎖定 Persona 的痛點／價值觀與產品 USP 組合而成
- 主題要回答「為什麼這個月要買」，不是只把節日名稱貼在商品前面
- AI 可協助產生主題，但輸入必須包含產品定價／毛利、目標月份剛需、Persona 與 USP；資料不足時不硬生主題
計算與判讀
檔期日期與淡旺季以品牌真實資料為準；課堂排程不是固定市場規律
