工作目的
這個技能交付：指定基準日下的最近購買間隔
不同觀察期的RFM不可直接當同基準排名；任何名單匯出與使用另核對目的與授權
必要資料
去識別顧客鍵、有效訂單鍵與購買時間、有效訂單及退款規則、指定基準日、時區與日數定義
方法步驟
- 固定指定基準日、時區與日數定義，篩選該基準日以前的有效去重訂單
- 每位顧客取最後有效購買時間，計算與基準日相隔日數
- 無有效購買者 R 未定義；晚於基準日、時區不明或資料缺漏者另列，不以今天自動替代基準日
計算與判讀
R＝指定基準日－最後有效購買日，同時區依本案日曆日或經過時間計算；基準日缺少時交公式與待補欄位
