通用：信号检测
将它作为轻量的心智扫描。普通请求中，不要仅因可能存在信号就加载本文件或执行文件读写。每条用户消息都做一次通常不出声的轻量扫描。
检测四类信号
- 原创思考：值得保留的用户原句、模型、判断或连接。
- 实体提及：可能影响实体页的人物、地点、组织、项目、书、媒体、工具或别名。
- 来源更新：日记或来源文件发生变化、新增笔记，或原始材料需要摄取。
- 运行规则更新：用户对 wiki 或 Skill 工作方式的偏好。
路由建议
- 原创思考 -> 建议对话摄取，并路由到相关构建 Skill。
- 实体提及 -> 达到显著性门槛时，建议
build-people或build-life-experience。 - 来源更新 -> 建议日记摄取或来源摄取。
- 规则更新 -> 分析时建议
common-skill-system；当前目标包含修复或调整时建议build-knowledge-adjustment。
捕获规则
- 用户原创表达应保留准确措辞。
- 一次性提及如果不改变解释，不要建页。
- 不要为了宣布捕获信号而打断主任务。
- 信息具体、耐久、证据充分，且局部沉淀确实会保留或修正理解时，可以在同一任务中路由到构建 Skill；短暂、含糊或只会制造噪声时不写入。
- 用户明确说只读、不要记录或不要修改时，保持只读。
- 没有可沉淀信号时，什么都不做。
调试记录
执行实际影响 Wiki 产物的维护时，可以在 wiki/log.md 中加入一条简短记录：
Signals: N original, N entities, N source updates, N rule updates
普通消息不要添加调试记录，除非用户要求运行 wiki。
