Review the instructions the agent will receive before you install.

Use this to turn an idea, a customer story or an opinion into a post the right buyers read and respond to. Posts that build pipeline teach buyers something about their own problem; posts that only build reach entertain peers.

Inputs

  • The idea, story, lesson or data point.
  • Two or three past posts or messages by the author, for voice.
  • The target buyer and the problem space.

The play

1. Pick a format

FormatShapeBest for
StorySituation → tension → turn → lessonFounders, customer moments
Lesson listHook → 3-7 numbered lessons → takeawayExperience-based expertise
Contrarian takeCommon belief → why it's wrong → what worksStanding out in a crowded topic
How-toProblem → steps → resultPractical, saveable content
Data postSurprising number → what it means → what to doCredibility with analytical buyers
Behind the scenesWhat we tried → what happened → what we learnedTrust, transparency

Read references/post-formats.md for a template and an example of each.

2. Write the hook

The first two lines decide whether anyone clicks "see more". Hooks that work: a specific number, a counter-intuitive claim, a vivid moment, or the reader's exact problem. Avoid questions as the very first line and avoid "I'm excited to announce".

3. Make the body skimmable

One idea per line or short paragraph. White space. No more than 1,300 characters for most posts; long only when the story earns it. No external links in the post body; put them in a comment if needed.

4. End with a conversation

A specific question invites comments from buyers: "How long does month-end take your team?" beats "Thoughts?".

5. Match the voice

Use the author's words, sentence length and level of formality. A founder who writes plainly should not suddenly sound like a motivational speaker.

What good looks like

  • A buyer would save it or send it to a colleague.
  • The hook is specific; the lesson is earned by the story.
  • The common mistake is broetry: one-line dramatic sentences, a fake story, and a lesson nobody needed. Readers spot it and so does the algorithm's audience.

Rules

  • MUST keep stories and numbers true; ask the author for details rather than invent them.
  • MUST match the author's voice and approve before posting.
  • NEVER name customers or share their results without approval.
  • NEVER engagement-bait ("comment YES to get the guide") unless the user explicitly chooses that tactic.

Example prompts

  • "Turn this customer story into a LinkedIn post for our founder."
  • "Write a contrarian post about why more SDRs doesn't mean more pipeline."
  • "Plan 8 posts for the next month aimed at heads of RevOps."

Use this skill when you run account-based marketing or sales on a short list of named accounts: "build an ABM plan", "account plan for our top 20", "how do we break into this enterprise account", "1:1 ABM program". Picks the accounts and the ABM tier (1:1, 1:few, 1:many), maps the buying group, writes the account insight and value hypothesis, plans coordinated sales and marketing plays by stage, and sets the metrics (engagement, meetings, pipeline) that show it is working.

Use this skill when you need to research a target company before outreach, a first call or an account plan: "research this account", "what should I know about Acme before the call", "find a reason to reach out". Produces a one-page account brief with what the company does, current priorities, recent trigger events, likely pains tied to your offer, the people to contact and three specific outreach angles, each with its source. Built for SDRs, AEs and founders doing B2B sales.

Use this skill when you need to decide which accounts get the most effort: "tier my account list", "which accounts should get 1:1 research", "prioritise my territory", "score these companies". Scores every account on ICP fit and timing, assigns Tier 1, 2 or 3 with a clear effort level for each tier, and explains the score so reps trust it. Produces a tiered account list and the operating rules for how much research, personalization and channel effort each tier gets.

Use this skill when you want your brand recommended and cited by AI assistants and answer engines (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, AI Overviews): "answer engine optimisation", "get cited by ChatGPT", "AEO audit", "why doesn't AI recommend us", "generative engine optimization". Finds the questions buyers ask assistants in your category, checks how answers describe you today, and rewrites pages so they give extractable, factual, well-structured answers with clear entities, comparisons, schema and third-party corroboration.

Use this skill when you want to close the loop with a prospect who has not replied after several touches, or a deal that went silent: "write a breakup email", "last email in the sequence", "close the loop politely". Writes a short, gracious final email that gives an easy out, invites a one-word reply, leaves the door open for later and often gets more replies than any earlier step. Includes versions for cold sequences, stalled deals and lost champions.

Use this skill when you need B2B buyer personas that sales and marketing will actually use: before writing outreach to a new title, when messaging feels generic, or when a deal stalls because the wrong person is engaged. Builds a persona per role in the buying committee with goals, pains in their own words, what they are measured on, objections, trusted sources and the message angle that works, plus a do-not-say list. Covers economic buyers, champions, users and blockers.
