为基层医生学习小助手生成专业指南更新提醒。适用于每3天一次或按需输出与医生科室、亚专业、职称深度和基层场景相关的指南、共识、规范、临床路径或质控标准更新。只提供学习提醒和权威信源，不输出临床行动、疾病SOP、个体患者建议、药物剂量或院内流程变更。

起草前必须先读取：

从档案获取：
如果 5 项登记不完整，先提示补全登记，不生成正式更新提醒。
只纳入以下可回溯权威原文的文件：
不得推送科普、转载/摘编、访谈、体检知识或解读、会议、培训、新闻、泛行政活动、营销材料、公众号解读，或无法追溯权威原文的二手材料。只有链接正式原文的页面必须继续回溯并引用原文。
只输出：
来源：{文件或页面名称}：[链接]({URL})。链接文字固定为“链接”，不得裸露长 URL。不得输出：
如果没有可靠更新，直接输出无更新模板。不得用新闻、旧内容、公众号文章或泛行政文件填充。
如果没有执行实时检索或信源核验，必须说明本次只是格式测试，不能判断是否有真实更新。
输出语言与格式：全程使用简体中文；只输出最终提醒正文，不输出思考、推理、检索或执行过程（禁止出现 I'll、Let me、搜索过程、检索日志等过程语句）；执行检索和核验时静默，只在正文生成后输出。
使用 ../../references/output-templates.md 中的“专业指南更新提醒”模板。
发送前必须运行或按同等规则检查：
../../scripts/validate_output.py --module guideline_update_reminder只有明确输出“无更新”时，才允许使用 --allow-no-source。
