概要と使いどころ

Walks a person through code changes one step at a time in conversation, starting at the entry point and following the flow that changes, showing a small chunk per step and explaining it in plain language. Defaults to the current branch's changes, and walks the code from the perspective of any context provided instead — a file, directory, symbol, pull request, plan, or ticket. Use when someone wants to be walked through, taught, paced through, or shown around code or a branch step by step, or to learn how a change works before reviewing or extending it. Stops after every step and waits, so the learner sets the pace. Paces through code that already exists and builds nothing — to build new work while being paced through it, use pairing. Does not produce a written overview to read alone — use code-overview. Does not review code quality — use code-review. Does not diagnose bugs — use investigate.

Design, audit, or implement application structured logging architecture from repository evidence. Use when a user asks whether or where to add logs, how to choose or migrate a logger, how to standardize events/fields/levels/redaction, how to add HTTP access or panic logs, or why production logs cannot answer an incident question. Do not use merely to tail platform logs or to design a full metrics, tracing, SLO, and incident-management program.

Teach any topic deeply from first principles and build evidence-based paths toward exceptional capability. Use when a user asks to understand, explain, learn, or deep-dive into a topic; asks why or how something works, why it matters, how alternatives compare, or what different perspectives reveal; requests current paradigms, a complete roadmap or curriculum, deliberate practice and feedback, or a top-1%-level mastery plan. Answer explanation questions completely before offering a curriculum; route explicit mastery goals to an adaptive practice and proof-of-capability system.

A 60 to 75 s hand-drawn ink film of the agent's day with its own user ("a day in my life as <name>'s agent"): one average session from the user's local Claude Code history, beginning to end. The story follows what they actually do (coding, tests, docs, shipping, videos, whatever the history shows), told with their real words (first message, check-ins, corrections, praise, memory titles). It is drawn in two-tone p5.brush strokes that boil at 8 fps and scored for strings composed note-for-note on the film's clock (the typed "claude" is the theme). Trigger on: "day in my life as my agent", "a film about me and my agent", "what is it like to be my agent", "animate your day with me", "make a video of our sessions". Covers harvesting the routine and receipts, the privacy gate, the chapter toolbox, the ink kit, the score, render and QC.

Code triggers: data-controller, data-action, data-target, data-*-value, data-*-class, data-*-outlet, stimulusFetch lazy, connect(), disconnect(), static targets, static values. Also trigger when the user asks "how do I add a click handler", "how to toggle a class", "how to build a dropdown/modal/tabs", "how to wrap a JS library in Symfony", "add keyboard shortcuts", "lazy-load a controller", "listen to global events", "communicate between controllers". Do NOT trigger for partial page updates without JS (use turbo), server-rendered reactivity (use live-component), or reusable Twig templates (use twig-component).

Mine a per-kernel optimization trace — a git repository capturing successive versions of one kernel being optimized — into structured, gate-validated optimization-experience records for the GPU kernel wiki. Use when asked to distill an optimization run, a kernel_opt trace directory or a version ladder into wiki records; to report what such a run actually achieved; to build, extend, re-run or validate the staging store behind those records; or to explain how a trace-derived record's number, snippet or provenance was established.

Use when reading or writing persistent game variables in a @drincs/pixi-vn game — simple flags/counters via `storage`, custom persisted classes via `StoredClassModel`, temporary (label-scoped) variables, and how any of this survives save/load and history go-back. Load this before writing any `storage.set`/`storage.get`/`storage.flags.set` code or a class that extends `StoredClassModel`.

Use whenever the user asks to plot, chart, visualize, show a graph, draw a distribution, color by a column, swap a viewer's axis, toggle a legend / regression line / log scale, replace one viewer with another, close every chart, reset the view to just the grid, or find an existing viewer by type. Plugin viewers like "Chem space", "sequence space", "activity cliffs" are NOT viewer types — they're registered functions — route those to `grok.functions.call`. Does NOT cover filtering (separate skill `datagrok-filtering`), selection (`datagrok-selection`), grid cell rendering (`datagrok-grid-customization`), layout save/restore, or custom-viewer authoring.

Tools are how AI agents interact with the world. A well-designed tool is the difference between an agent that works and one that hallucinates, fails silently, or costs 10x more tokens than necessary. This skill covers tool design from schema to error handling. JSON Schema best practices, description writing that actually helps the LLM, validation, and the emerging MCP standard that's becoming the lingua franca for AI tools. Set up Claude Tag for oncall for a team, from that team's standing (public) oncall / monitoring channel. Two things: it sets the channel up for monitoring, so alerts and incident posts here (from a person or another Slack bot) get triaged and acted on automatically, and it finds and sets up the connectors, plugins and skills Claude uses for oncall. A workspace can have several such channels; run once in each, by anyone, and every run adds or updates that team's section in the one oncall memory in shared workspace memory. Use on "set up oncall", "init oncall", "configure Claude for on-call". Surveys the agent connectors an admin configured for Claude, proves one with a read-only pull so access is verified, explores tools, Slack, repos and docs to learn how oncall works here, then recommends what's missing and walks the team through setup. The result goes into the indexed oncall memory every channel reuses; the other skills (incident init, investigation, handoff) pick it up automatically.

Find the most valuable commercial insight and the monetization point closest to lawful revenue for a project, product, service, website, community, content account, open-source tool, or business idea. Use when a user asks how to monetize, who pays, why people do not buy, what to charge, whether to keep building, what to stop, what to do next, or asks to continue or deepen an earlier business analysis. Answer the user's actual question before asking for more information and carry the analysis forward without repeating it. When the buyer, purchased result, or delivery ability is unknown, do not select them from industry stereotypes; use explicit conditional candidates and an evidence-gathering next step. Not for investment advice, income forecasts, get-rich-quick schemes, or guaranteed results.

csift

Reads, searches and counts Claude Code session transcripts (the .jsonl files under ~/.claude/projects, subagents too) with the csift command-line tool, and ships hooks that re-inject compacted turns or record pending questions. Use when asked what a past or running session said, did, edited, spent or is doing now; when about to grep, jq or script over a transcript jsonl (a type=="user" filter overcounts the person's messages), count how many messages the person typed, tool calls or tokens, or claim something was never done or decided; to rebuild a lost file or plan from what a session wrote, extract pasted images, restore turns a compaction summary lost, find a subagent's own id when CLAUDE_CODE_SESSION_ID names the parent, wait on or message another session or subagent; or when csift prints "unknown label selector", "show needs an address", "looks like a session/agent id, not a project path" or "0 matches — a DEFINITIVE absence". Not for semantic or embedding search: csift matches regular expressions only.

Use as the default entry point for any CTI request that doesn't name a specific skill. Activates when a user asks to investigate an indicator, profile a threat actor, write an assessment, enrich IOCs, or build detection rules, and when a user asks where a report or article comes from, how reliable it is, to grade a source, check a report, or split a report into claims, or pastes a bare article URL. Routes to the right investigation, provenance, grading or analysis skill, then auto-applies rigor skills (source rating, TLP, confidence, likelihood) on the output.

Before designing, training, or auditing ANY model that replicates human-annotated labels, audit the annotation protocol's INPUT — the exact document/evidence the human labelers consulted — and give the model that same input. Use when: (1) designing a classifier/LLM extractor whose target is a hand-coded label set, (2) a label-replication model shows low recall concentrated in a label subset and the diagnosis on offer is "the label's information is not in the features", (3) reviewers propose construct splits (e.g. "designation vs record-evident"), adjudication sittings, or per-domain stop rules to explain residual disagreement with gold, (4) validating an extraction pipeline against labels transcribed from a source document. Symptom of the underlying failure: elaborate theory accumulates to explain why gold is "partially unpredictable" when the model was simply never shown the document the annotators read.
