Transforms and inspects image objects stored in Volcengine TOS. Use this skill only when the task explicitly involves a TOS bucket/object key, TOS image processing, TOS-to-TOS save-as output, or Volcengine TOS image process syntax such as image/info, image/resize, image/format, image/watermark, image/draw, image/blindwatermark, or image/understanding. Do not use this skill for ordinary uploaded screenshots, local images, UI screenshot analysis, generic OCR, face detection, or visual question answering unless the user clearly says the image is a TOS object or asks to process/save it through TOS.

Produce a high-confidence, CONCISE implementation / architecture / strategy PLAN that follows the OMC plan system end to end. It first runs OMC's real requirements interview (auto-chains the `omc-plan` skill: one question at a time, explore-first, Analyst consult) to produce an initial plan in `.omc/plans/`, then DEEPENS that plan with a 3-round ITERATIVE fusion loop — each round an Opus 4.8 panelist (Agent subagent) and a GPT-5.5 panelist (via codex) critique/improve it IN PARALLEL and BLIND, then Opus 4.8 (the orchestrator) judges and synthesizes one tighter plan that seeds the next round, stopping early on convergence. Writes the final dense plan back to the same `.omc/plans/<slug>.md`, then offers the OMC handoff (`/omc-plan --review` → `/team` or `/ralph`). Use for high-stakes planning, architecture decisions, strategy calls, and hard debugging — especially when the user runs /plan or asks how to approach a non-trivial build. Reuses the `fusion` skill's run_codex.sh + judge rubric. NOT for trivial tasks (single pass is enough).

Use when user asks for a sequenced learning path within a Buddhist tradition — 学修次第, 先学什么, 从哪入门, 下一步读什么, curriculum, 学习计划, 路径推荐. Differs from /compare-masters (parallel opinion) and /master-debate (adversarial dialectic) by being 纵向 / 时序: stage-by-stage plan keyed on tradition × level (L0-L3) → foundation → intermediate → advanced + blind spots. Trigger is planning intent — "禅宗对比" goes to /compare-masters; "禅宗从哪开始学" goes here.

Draft an Instagram caption with the hook in the first 125 characters, a skimmable body, and one clear CTA, using a 2026 hook formula chosen by goal (saves, shares, comments, follows). Runs the humanizer pass and, on approval, publishes with the image or video you supply via the Publora media flow. Use to caption a single image or a Reel. Not for slide-by-slide carousels (use ig-carousel-planner) or auditing a draft (use ig-humanizer --mode audit).

Repurpose existing content into a native Instagram post. Take a LinkedIn, blog, YouTube script, or X tweet or thread and rebuild it for Instagram: a long piece becomes a carousel or a caption, re-hooked before the 125-char fold, off-platform artifacts stripped (X @-handles, link in bio), published via Publora on approval. Use to adapt content across platforms into Instagram. Not for writing from scratch (use ig-caption-writer or ig-carousel-planner), not for auditing a draft (ig-humanizer --mode audit).

Plan an Instagram carousel slide by slide, up to 10 slides, with a hook slide that opens a loop, value slides that front-load the payoff, and a payoff slide that earns the save and follow. Picks a 2026 carousel formula (listicle, before/after, myth-buster, framework) by goal (saves, shares, follows), drafts each slide's text plus the caption, then publishes the images you supply via Publora. Use to structure a multi-slide carousel. Not for single-image captions (use ig-caption-writer).

Render an interactive, self-contained HTML companion for a GEO content brief (04-content-brief) or a publish-ready draft (05-production), so a NON-technical client reviewer (founder, organizer staff, the domain expert filling slots) can fill REQUIRED-FILL slots, leave section-level comments, and approve/return work in the browser instead of editing Markdown. Use when a brief or draft needs to go to a client/expert for review, or when building the briefs/index.html entry page for a client folder. The reviewer's input comes back as a JSON file that 04-content-brief Step 9 ingests. Visual quality is delegated to the frontend-design skill.

Use when you need to review, improve, or refactor Java code for type design quality — including establishing clear type hierarchies, applying consistent naming conventions, eliminating primitive obsession with domain-specific value objects, leveraging generic type parameters, creating type-safe wrappers, designing fluent interfaces, ensuring precision-appropriate numeric types (BigDecimal for financial calculations), and improving type contrast through interfaces and method signature alignment. This should trigger for requests such as Review Java code for type design; Improve type design in Java code; Fix primitive obsession in Java code; Create value objects in Java code. Use when a problem or issue needs explicit framing before deeper analysis begins — establishing the Problem statement, Current state, Desired state, Stakeholders, and Success criteria. This should trigger when an issue's Problem Framing point of view needs evaluation, or when a maintainer directly asks to frame a problem before root-cause analysis, design, or planning begins.
