Run a task iteratively over a user-specified duration by dispatching subagents. The orchestrator stays strictly linear and time-checked, but each iteration fans out MULTIPLE subagents in parallel over independent units (and those subagents may fan out further). Shared state — a compact progress digest and a growing environment cheatsheet — lives on disk and is passed to every subagent BY REFERENCE, killing the per-subagent rediscovery tax. Every subagent first reads an initialiser preamble that points it at that shared state and makes it write findings back, so the cheatsheet populates itself; role prompts are produced ONCE on the filesystem by a single scaffold command and dispatched by path, never re-typed per dispatch. Subagents persist their results to disk and return only a tiny status, so the orchestrator's context stays small and lasts. The orchestrator classifies the goal as FINITE or OPEN-ENDED: finite lists may finish early; open-ended goals use the full duration, never idle, never manufacture busywork. Use when the user gives a task and a duration and wants it ground out iteratively by subagents over that time.

Runs autonomous keep/discard experiments on a codebase to optimize a single metric for a fixed duration, in the style of karpathy/autoresearch. Use when the user says "autoresearch" (optionally with a focus, e.g. "autoresearch the optimizer"), asks to run experiments on a repo overnight, to hill-climb or optimize a metric autonomously, or points at a repo with a karpathy-style program.md.

Household assistant for a whole family. Runs a morning brief, plans meals and builds grocery lists (hunting the best prices), looks ahead at the week's logistics, stays on top of the kids' school, watches prices on things the family wants, and helps book appointments and reservations. Use it for anything that keeps the family's day or week running. Trigger even on implicit asks - "what's on today", "what do the kids have this week", "what should we make for dinner", "add milk to the list", "when's the dentist", "did anything come from school", "remind me about the permission slip", "watch this jacket and tell me if it drops", "book us a table Friday".

Run a self-retrospective on a SKMTC-related session — generator authoring, CLI configuration, debugging, or any sustained interaction involving `@skmtc/core`, `@skmtc/cli`, or `@skmtc/gen-*` packages. Captures three distinct outputs: (1) friction entries (mistakes, surprises, overridden defaults, multi-cycle struggles), (2) a "knowledge acquired" block recording facts the agent learned during the session that weren't in its training — the primary signal for doc gaps — and (3) a closing priority list ranking the top 2-3 findings for docs/skills triage. Wins are logged only when they identify a pattern worth codifying that isn't already in a skill. Use this skill when the user asks to "retro", "skmtc retro", "log friction", "reflect on this session", "what did we learn", "run a retrospective", or after substantive SKMTC work (generator authoring, multi-step debugging, non-trivial CLI configuration) where capturing observations would help improve skills, docs, or SKMTC itself. Distinct from the `skmtc-cli` and `skmtc-generator` skills — those guide *doing* the work; this skill captures observations *about* the work. Do not invoke this skill during ordinary work; it is end-of- session (or mid-session-checkpoint) only.

The operation-generator shape for Skmtc: one definition per (path, method), for any output family — client hooks, SDK methods, forms, route stubs, docs. Output varies wildly; the DECOMPOSITION of the operation and the peer-consumption rules do not. Core teaching: every schema that appears in your output is a reference to a model generator's definition, obtained through the insert machinery — never rendered text. Use when authoring or editing a generator whose subject is operations ("write a gen for API clients/hooks/routes", "generate an SDK/form per endpoint"). Covers the projection shape only — accumulators (many operations → one file) are out of scope. Load ALONGSIDE skmtc-generator and the emitted language's skill.

Verify, customize, or opt out of moflo's AUTOMATIC durable-learning sharing across git worktrees / Conductor workspaces on one machine. As of the worktree-auto-sharing change this is on by default — learnings converge across a repo's worktrees with no setup. Use when the user asks "is memory shared across my worktrees?", "where are my worktree learnings stored?", "turn off worktree memory sharing", "share learnings across my separate clones", or "point my worktrees at a custom store". For a team or cross-machine (git-tracked) sharing, use /memory-team instead.

MUST USE for any real runtime debugging across ANY language or binary — crashes, silent failures, wrong responses, stuck processes, memory leaks, async misbehavior, unexplained timing, reverse engineering. Runs a hypothesis-driven loop: form ≥3 hypotheses, investigate in parallel, after 2 failed rounds spawn Oracles from orthogonal angles, confirm root cause, lock with a failing test, fix minimally, QA by actually USING the system, scrub artifacts. The actual HOW lives in `references/` — READ THEM. Triggers: 'debug this', 'why is X not working', 'hanging', 'attach a debugger', 'reverse engineer', 'pwndbg', 'gdb', 'lldb', 'node inspect', 'tsx debug', 'pdb', 'dlv', 'delve', 'rust-gdb', 'set a breakpoint', 'context window exploded', 'why is the response empty', 'attach the debugger', 'debug it', 'why is this happening', 'trace this bug', 'reproduce and fix', 'silent failure', 'HTTP 200 but empty', 'why did it stop', 'inspect the binary', 'reverse engineering', 'playwright'.

Add a short, project-specific rule, convention, or override to .unikit/RULES.md — the quick-capture inbox for this project's rules (common rules always load; topic files in .unikit/rules/ load when the work matches), automatically loaded by /unikit-implement (later promotable via /unikit-memory migrate-rules). Works only with a rule typed as a prompt — it does NOT read files, folders, URLs, or PDFs. Cross-checks against the knowledge base (RULES_INDEX.md) to avoid duplicating core/stack entries. Use for fast, one-line conventions and corrections: "add a rule", "remember this", "convention", "always do X", "never use Y", "from now on do Z", or when the user corrects agent behavior and wants it remembered; also "split the rules into topics" (optimise), "clean up the rules" (prune), "shorten RULES.md" (compact). If the user points to a source (file, folder, URL, PDF, article, book) or wants to research/document framework usage, use /unikit-memory; for architecture decisions use ARCHITECTURE.md.

Learn project rules from accumulated fix patches in .unikit/code/patches/. Analyzes past mistakes, extracts prevention points, classifies each as a coding rule (→ RULES.md) or a per-skill workflow rule (→ skill-context), and proposes them for approval. Use when the user wants to turn past fixes into rules — "evolve", "evolve the rules", "learn from past mistakes", "learn from the fixes", "analyze the patches", "what rules should we add from recent fixes". Best run after several /unikit-fix sessions have left patches behind. This derives rules from accumulated patch history — to add a single rule by hand use /unikit-rules, and to promote mature RULES.md entries into the knowledge base use /unikit-memory migrate-rules.

Manage the project's TODO list in .unikit/TODO.md — capture work to remember for later, not to do right now. Use it to add a deferred item, mark a todo complete, or show the list. The point is to park tasks you don't want to act on in the moment but don't want to forget. Trigger on "add a todo", "add this to the todo list", "put X on the todo list", "remind me to...", "don't forget to...", "note this for later", "we should do this later", "mark this todo done", "what's on the todo list", "what's left to do". This is only for parking reminders — to actually plan or do the work now, use /unikit-plan, /unikit-implement, or /unikit-devcontext.

Trace every user-facing button/touchpoint through its full state change sequence to find bugs where functions individually work but cancel each other out, produce wrong final state, or leave the UI in an inconsistent state. Use when: systematic debugging found no bugs but users report broken buttons, or after any major refactor touching shared state stores.
