概要と使いどころ

Think clearly about whether bankruptcy is the right move, or whether another path fits better — without shame and without a sales pitch. Use when asked should I file for bankruptcy, is bankruptcy my best option, alternatives to bankruptcy, or what happens if I file. Produces an honest read on whether your situation is the kind bankruptcy actually helps, the main types and what each does (and doesn't) discharge, the real trade-offs (what you keep, the credit impact and its recovery, what's not dischargeable), the alternatives to weigh first (negotiation, debt management, doing nothing on time-barred debt), and a strong push to consult a bankruptcy attorney. Not legal advice.

Decide when to buy a big-ticket item to get the best price — the sales cycles, model-refresh timing, and 'buy now vs wait' math for the specific thing you want. Use when asked when's the best time to buy [item], should I wait for a sale, is now a good time to buy, or when do [products] go on sale. Produces the typical discount calendar for that category, whether a new model/version is due (and if the current one will drop), a buy-now-vs-wait recommendation for your timeline, and price-tracking tactics — flagging that timing is a guide, not a guarantee.

Work out which applicant tracking system a job uses from its application link, and give the formatting rules that system parses safely. Use when asked which ATS does this company use, will my CV get through the ATS, is my CV ATS friendly, or how should I format for Workday, Greenhouse, Lever or Taleo. Produces the detected system with the evidence, a parsing-safe formatting checklist, the file type to upload, and a check of a supplied CV against the rules.

Decode a 401k or workplace retirement plan — the real cost of its funds, the match's fine print, vesting math, and the plan features worth using or avoiding. Use when someone asks 'is my 401k any good', 'decode my 401k plan', 'which funds should I look at', or 'what fees am I paying'. Produces a fee decode in dollars-over-time, match and vesting math, a fund-lineup triage by cost, and the questions for HR or the plan administrator.

Decide when and how your product and communications must (or should) label AI-generated content, and write the disclosure policy — surface-by-surface rules, exact label wording, and the review trigger for regulations like the EU AI Act's transparency obligations. Use when asked 'do we have to label AI content', 'write our AI disclosure policy', 'are we covered for the AI Act', or when marketing/support/product start shipping AI-generated output. Produces a disclosure policy with a per-surface matrix and ready-to-use label copy. Not legal advice.

Use when asked write an agenda for this meeting, should this meeting happen, our meetings have no agendas, or cancel this meeting politely. Produces the three-line agenda, the happen-or-cancel verdict, the cancel/convert scripts, and the team norm rollout.

Hire an AI agent the way you'd hire an employee — a role spec with success criteria, a structured work-sample interview run on your real tasks, reference checks (what do actual users report), probation KPIs, and termination criteria written before day one. Use when choosing between AI agents/tools/copilots for a job, formalizing an AI pilot, or 'which agent should we use for X'. Produces the role spec, interview pack with scoring rubric, a decision record, and a probation plan.

Behavioral guardrails for Codex coding work based on common user complaints. Use when Codex is asked to implement, modify, debug, review, test, or operate on a codebase and should avoid unsafe scope expansion, stale edits, fake completion, brittle edits, shallow debugging, superficial patch-on fixes, one-off special-case code, short-term design choices that hurt maintainability, blindly following incorrect user assumptions, poor dependency choices, generic product or UI output, over-mocked tests, noisy approvals, verbose status reports, or leaking internal reasoning into project artifacts or user-facing UI.

Guides an agent through reproducing, root-causing, fixing, and validating flaky tests in the PostHog monorepo. Use when a test fails intermittently in CI but passes on rerun or locally, when `hogli ci:insights` or the debugging-ci-failures skill classifies a failure as a flaky test, when given a GitHub Actions URL for a flaky job, when asked to check Trunk Flaky Tests for a test, PR, or master, or when asked to deflake, stabilize, or fix a flaky Jest, pytest, or Playwright test. Core discipline: reproduce locally before changing anything, fix the root cause (never mask it with sleeps, retries, or bigger timeouts), and prove the fix with an N-run validation loop sized to the observed failure rate. Stabilizing is not the only valid outcome — the skill also gates whether the test should exist, so deleting a test that catches nothing real, or re-leveling one that flakes because of the level it runs at, are first-class endings.

Gates whether a new test should exist and forces it to be efficient, protecting CI from low-value test bloat. Use before any change to what a pytest, Jest, or Playwright test asserts or sets up, down to one fixture or one assertion added to an existing block. Front-loads the value bar (every test must catch a realistic regression no existing test already catches; extend the nearest existing test before writing a new standalone one; test behavior through the public interface, not implementation details; collapse near-duplicates into parameterized cases) and the efficiency bar (deterministic, isolated, fast; pick the cheapest test level; Django TestCase over TransactionTestCase; no sleeps, no real network; no time bombs from absolute dates left to age against the real clock; no database a test never uses). Includes a "don't write it" decision tree. For fixing an existing flaky test use `/fixing-flaky-tests`; after this gate says a Playwright test is warranted, use `/playwright-test` for mechanics.

ALWAYS invoke this skill when you need the user to act - run a command, paste a secret, click, approve - and whenever they ask how to do something or say they do not know what to do: "step by step", "walk me through it", "what do I do", "what should I do", "I don't understand what to do", "explain what I need to do", in any language. Picking which task comes next is os-whats-next; this skill is for doing the thing in front of you. First earn the ask: try it yourself, find another route, shrink it to the part only they can do. Then one action per step, commands labelled by what they touch, no jargon. Commands are single lines that prompt for any value - typing hidden for secrets - and confirm in plain words. Afterwards verify their step.

ALWAYS invoke this skill when the user asks what to do next, what is left, or what is blocked - "what's next", "what now", "what should we work on", "anything I can do" - in any language. This skill picks the next piece of work; when the user asks HOW to do a thing or says they do not understand what to do, that is os-step-by-step. Reads the last report, local changes, open pull requests and always the backlog. First finishes what is finished: verified-ready pull requests merge in the same pass. Then sorts the rest into doable-alone and needs-you, ending with one recommended next task in plain words - what it closes or unblocks. Never invents tasks.

Triggers - "should I add this mod", "is this mod good", "评估这个mod", "这个mod值得装吗", "is this mod worth it", "this mod looks too good to be true", "compare these mods", "does this mod fit my pack".
