"Apply Sociotechnical Systems Theory to analyze and design work systems through joint optimization of social and technical subsystems. Use this skill when the user needs to diagnose why a technology implementation disrupted work practices, design IT-enabled work systems that balance human and technical needs, or when they ask 'why did this system hurt productivity despite being technically sound', 'how do we design work around new technology', or 'why are people resisting this technically superior system'.".

Review a Go design spec before implementation begins - dispatch a subagent that checks a design doc for completeness, consistency, and idiomatic Go (simplicity, small consumer-defined interfaces, explicit wrapped errors, context propagation). Use when a user has a Go spec to review, asks "is this spec ready?", or is about to implement from a written design. Distilled from spf13/go-skills and adapted to this repo's conventions.

Produce the rendered evidence a human-gated frontend PR owes its reviewer: capture each changed surface (plus the before state for anything modified, plus mobile width), then generate one self-contained local HTML page the founder can open and review without checking anything out. Use when a PR is gated by the "Frontend changes are HUMAN-GATED" section of CLAUDE.md, or when the user says "/design-gate", "screenshot evidence for this PR", "prep this for founder review", "build the design evidence page", "what does this look like before and after". The page comes from a template script, not hand-written markup. Output is session-local and never committed. Do NOT use for non-gated changes: typo/grammar/factual fixes in an unchanged block, dead link targets, alt/ARIA fixes with no visual change, cache-bust bumps, or refactors with no rendered diff.

Provides histogram color sampling, shape inspection (radius/border/shadow/bg-mode/fill-vs-context), computed-style checking on the live render, snap, and side-by-side diff. Before designing, training, or auditing ANY model that replicates human-annotated labels, audit the annotation protocol's INPUT — the exact document/evidence the human labelers consulted — and give the model that same input. Use when: (1) designing a classifier/LLM extractor whose target is a hand-coded label set, (2) a label-replication model shows low recall concentrated in a label subset and the diagnosis on offer is "the label's information is not in the features", (3) reviewers propose construct splits (e.g. "designation vs record-evident"), adjudication sittings, or per-domain stop rules to explain residual disagreement with gold, (4) validating an extraction pipeline against labels transcribed from a source document. Symptom of the underlying failure: elaborate theory accumulates to explain why gold is "partially unpredictable" when the model was simply never shown the document the annotators read.
