仕事効率化のスキル

Cursorでユーザーが明示的に /chat と入力したときの深掘り対話。必要な最新確認・ローカル確認・比較を実際に利用可能なBrowser/Search/Taskで行い、根拠と不確実性を含めて返す。通常の会話には自動適用しない。

大規模タスクを所有範囲の明確なサブタスクへ分割し、依存関係に沿って実装・確認する上位オーケストレーションワークフロー。複数サブシステムを横断する、独立フィーチャーが並行する、大きめの改修を段階的に進める場合に使う。ユーザーが /epic と入力したら使う。

親が判断を持ち、安価な作業者へ監視・情報収集・具体的な実行手順を委譲するときに使う。

grilling の対話で job-graph 向けの計画（tmp-agents/<job>/plan.md と job-graph/spec.json）を確定し、任意で GitHub の epic / sub-issue へ出す上流スキル。`/job-plan` の明示実行専用。

計画ファイルまたは epic issue からタスクの依存グラフ（直列・並列混在）を組み、worktrunk の worktree と herdr のレーン別 workspace（stacked は tab）上で各タスクの claude を起動して stacked PR 作成まで完遂するオーケストレーション（HERDR_ENV=1 必須）。`/job-graph` の明示実行専用。

herdr 上で稼働中のエージェントレーン（別 pane の claude 等）を親として操縦・監視・承認代行するときに必ず使用する。トリガー: 「レーンを見て」「ワーカーに指示して」「承認待ちを捌いて」「レーンの完了を検証して」「境界を広げて」の依頼、`[lane-ops:report ...]` 形式の報告が会話に届いたとき、herdr レーンの blocked 対応・報告の裏取り・指示送信・タスク境界の拡張が必要になったとき — スキル名や herdr が名指しされていなくても発火する。HERDR_ENV=1 必須。

ユーザーからのファイル出力依頼（分析結果・調査レポート・ログ抜粋・要約・ドラフト・一時的なメモなど）に応えて新規ファイルを作成するときの出力先ルール。プロジェクト直下の`tmp-agents/`への出力命名規則を含む。調査結果やレポートを保存するとき、ドラフトを作るとき、ユーザー向けの一時成果物を書き出すときに必ず参照する。ただし、プロジェクト本体のソースコード作成、既存ファイルの編集、プロジェクト規定のドキュメント（docs/配下等）出力は対象外。

Notion・Slack・GitHub Issue/PR・Linear等の外部システムへの書き込み・更新・コメント操作時の運用ルール。MCP書き込み系操作、Notion転記、Slack投稿、Issue/PRコメント、Linearチケット更新等を実行するときに必ず参照する。URLが会話に登場しても自動更新しないという原則を含む。
