概要と使いどころ
新しいフックの雛形（スクリプト + 配線）を本リポジトリの規約どおりに生成する。 イベント選定（PreToolUse / PostToolUse / Stop / SessionStart 等）とブロッキング可否を対話的に決め、 ai-agents/hooks/ か ai-agents/settings/<cli>/hooks/ への配置と、hooks.json / settings.json への配線まで行う。 新しいフックを追加したいときに `/hook-scaffold <フック名> [用途の一言]` で呼び出す。
permission-ledger hook が記録した permission prompt と各リポの .claude/settings.local.json から allow 昇格候補を集計し、ユーザーが選んだものだけを ai-agents/settings/claude/settings.json に反映する。 「許可ルールを見直したい」「permission prompt を減らしたい」「承認した操作を allow に入れたい」 「permission review」などと言われたときに `/permission-review` で使う。
クラウドルーチン（CCR / スケジュールエージェント）を作成し、作成直後に claude.ai が 自動付与する不要な MCP connector を判定して除去する一連の処理。 「ルーチンを作って」「スケジュールエージェントを作成」「routine 作成して connector を整理」等で使う。 明らかに不要な connector は確認なしで外す。作成は /schedule のスキーマに従う。
Google カレンダー primary から指定 1 日の交通機関予定を抽出し、複数路線を束ねた時刻表 Markdown を `docs/timetable/YYYY-MM-DD_<slug>.md` として生成する。乗り換えを時系列で 1 ファイルにまとめる。

変更差分に追随してドキュメント（README / docs/ / AGENTS.md / SKILL.md）を更新する。ユーザーが「ドキュメント更新」「README 追随」「docs-sync」等を求めたとき、または実装変更で消えたフラグ・旧名・古い既定値がドキュメントに残っていると気づいたときに使用する。差分から外部契約の語を抽出し、ヒットした箇所だけを更新する。
1 つの作業ツリーに混ざった差分を、変更理由ごとの意味単位のコミットへ分割する。ユーザーが「コミットを分割して」「意味単位で分けて」「commit-split」等を求めたとき、または機能追加・付随リファクタ・設定/ドキュメント修正が 1 コミットに混在していると気づいたときに使用する。分割案を提示して承認を得てからステージし、コミットごとに単独で成立することを確認する。メッセージ規約・push・PR の作成は commit-and-draft-pr へ委譲する。
gitleaks + pre-commit を使ってローカルコミット時のクレデンシャル混入を機械的にブロックする。「クレデンシャル漏洩防止」「シークレット混入対策」「gitleaks」「pre-commit シークレット」「credential leak prevention」に言及した場合に使用する。
